Hi! I am Mariana Losano, during my professional career I have accompanied different change processes to generate new corporate cultures and design new role identities. I enjoy this work intensely. Articulating the culture of a newspaper, radio, TV and Internet provider – which was just starting – was one of my first challenges in integrating diversity. Another great challenge was to integrate myself personally in my different roles – family and work – in an organic, lively, agile and fulfilling way. I owe special gratitude to my mentors: Nino Herrero Mitjans and Rafael Echeverría, who showed me the importance of the systemic view in my work and the centrality of communication. Focusing on the importance of conversations to achieve the desired results. They both considered these as central elements of productivity. Today, I am part of that history that saw me grow into different positions within Grupo Clarín and Newfield Consulting, where I became partner and director until I formed my own consulting firm. We provide the added value required by the market: how to design identities in changing environments, and how to exercise authority in a team from a collaborative perspective. The act of creation in freedom often requires of others. We are here to accompany you.
